Your role
Are you a target driven individual? Are you skilled at translating complex market information? We're looking for someone who would like to:
• provide Capital Markets solutions to wealth management clients across asset classes based on our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) House View and/or market developments.
• manages both internal and external marketing and sales efforts for Capital Markets solutions, with an emphasis on global equities such as those from Hong Kong/China, the United States, Japan, and other regions.
• Maintain awareness of financial market trends, relevant news, and economic developments that may influence investment opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling equity ideas to clients, ensuring the information is actionable and insightful.
• Monitor and update clients on developments affecting key investment thesis and market conditions.
• Develop top-tier equity ideas, prepare sales narratives, follow up with key updates, capable to address a wide range of client requirements.
• ensure pro-activity and proximity to the targeted markets to provide best-in-class solutions and service.
• Identify potential sales, organize collaborative actions, and track progress and achievements.
• manage daily product offering processes, improve efficiency, collaborate across bank to enhance client service and experiences.

Your team

As a member of the Unified Global Markets Equity & Structured Products Distribution team in Singapore, you work in a challenging environment within a highly sophisticated & motivated team. We advise client in APAC on cross assets capital market solutions. This includes providing advisory services on equities, structured products, tailored made complex solutions to both High Net Worth (HNW) and Global Family Institutional Wealth (GFIW) clients.

Your expertise

• University degree, CFA would be a plus.
• Working experience in the Capital Markets field, with a strong technical background in financial markets preferrable in global equities
• Understanding of different markets, including rules and regulations
• Direct client facing experience, strong in client interaction and servicing.
• A strong team player, capable of collaborating across functions within bank.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in business Mandarin is a plus
• Dedicated to clients, focused on practical solutions, takes initiative, embraces innovation, and strives for results that impact the bottom line.
• Capable of delivering quality and precise work independently.
