Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Banking business Korea country coverage team in Seoul. We work on a wide range of public and private transactions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including; understanding their obligations as a listed company, enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital amongst others.

Your expertise

• track record in M&A transactions and able to partner effectively with coverage and product teams
• oversee the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions and coach junior bankers in the execution and marketing of strategic transactions
• capable of playing an important role on full range of public and private M&A transactions and client coverage teams
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline
