We are looking for a professional to join our DCM Transaction Management team in Switzerland.
Do you want to play a key role in executing debt capital market transactions? In this position, you will:
• work in a highly professional and collaborative environment, take responsibility for the documentation and execution of a wide range of debt capital market transactions for domestic and international clients
• provide market-technical, regulatory expertise and advisory services to internal stakeholders and external clients (issuers)
• collaborate closely with issuers, internal and external legal advisors, regulatory authorities, clearing and settlement organizations, and origination teams
• coordinate all involved parties and manage tasks that arising throughout the lifecycle of a debt transaction

Your team
You will be part of the Transaction Management team within Global Banking, responsible for executing debt capital market transactions. The team works closely with Legal and DCM origination specialists to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions to our clients.
Your expertise
You have:
• experience in the banking industry
• sound knowledge of securities and financial markets
• strong attention to detail, combined with a structured and analytical mindset
• high level of flexibility and ability to perform under pressure
• a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit
• fluency in German and English
• proficiency in Microsoft Office
You are:
• interested in transaction-focused work in a team-oriented environment with direct exposure to internal and external decision-makers in Switzerland and internationally
• able to manage and coordinate multiple transactions simultaneously, even under high workload, combined with strong organizational skills
• skilled at building and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• motivated to develop into a specialist for the technical execution of debt capital markets transactions, supported by a dedicated and experienced team
