Your role
Do you want to maximize the benefits of a global franchise for the good of clients? Do you have expertise across a range of asset classes and markets? Do you have a proven track record advising clients in discretionary and advisory portfolios? We're looking for someone to
- act as a Mandate Specialist for Client Advisors in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region to the entire range of discretionary and advisory offerings, with a focus on UBS Manage solutions (discretionary portfolio management)
- drive sales and revenues of UBS Manage together with client advisors
- actively participate in client meetings regarding acquisition, review and retention of above mentioned solutions
- give clients an excellent experience, in collaboration with other specialists, as well as our Chief Investment Office (CIO) and Global Investment Management
- gather client advisor and client insights to guide product development
- work with a team of highly motivated and experienced mandate specialists and help to continuously improve processes through regular best practice exchange
- follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the relevant cross-border regulations

Your team
You'll be working in the WM Advisory & Sales (A&S) Mandate Specialists team. The team consists of mandate specialists who are responsible for UBS Manage sales and revenues. The mandate specialists partner with client advisors to assess portfolios and propose investment solutions based on the client’s total wealth and client’s need.
Your expertise
- an advanced degree in the area of finance; CFA, CAIA a definite plus
- experience in sales and marketing of financial products and analytical skills that you’ve applied to multi-asset portfolios
- experience in a similar role dealing with Wealth Management clients and/or supporting Client Advisors
- proven presentation skills in front of clients and Client Advisors
- ability to work accurately, efficiently and independently
- client focused and a proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding and dynamic environment
- sales and service oriented
- self-motivated and reliable with excellent communication skills
- open to apply digital means when engaging with clients and client advisors
- able to work under pressure and perfectly organized
- fluent in English and business Mandarin as role may be required to service Greater China clients; other languages a plus
