Your role
Are you an experienced equity capital markets professional with deep Financial Institutions Group (FIG) expertise? We’re looking for somebody to join our ECM team to support origination and execution across FIG clients.
In this role, you will:
-originate, structure, and execute equity and equity-linked transactions for FIG clients (including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and convertibles)
-partner closely with FIG coverage, syndicate, and sales teams to deliver integrated capital markets solutions
-manage day-to-day execution processes, including coordination of internal and external stakeholders
-develop and maintain senior client relationships across banks, insurers, asset managers, and specialty finance companies
-contribute to strategic advisory discussions, including capital optimization, balance sheet management, and market positioning
-mentor and develop junior team members

You’ll be part of the Global Equity Capital Markets team within the Investment Bank, working closely with FIG coverage teams across the Americas and globally. The team delivers innovative capital solutions to clients and operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your expertise
significant experience in Equity Capital Markets, with strong FIG sector exposure
proven track record in executing equity and equity-linked transactions
strong understanding of capital markets, investor dynamics, and regulatory considerations
established client relationships within the FIG ecosystem preferred
excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 275000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
