UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Employee, IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for an Employee, IB Operations - Trade & Processing Specialist to:

• Uphold compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations, as well as internal policies and contracts including Vendor Risk Framework and GCOO Operational Risk Framework. Assist the Mortgage Finance operations team in handling the daily requests for loan funding and repayments from clients, specifically mortgage lenders with a line of credit with the bank.
• Validate trade particulars and ensure their accuracy before finalizing transactions with counterparties. Detect and resolve disparities between internal records and external sources, investigate failed trades, and reconcile unmatched transactions.
• Address issues, introduce new initiatives, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Support the complete lifecycle of securitization trades, from execution through settlement.
• Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

Salary & Work Schedule: $56,070 Per Year, 40 hrs/wk. The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement:
• This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field of study.

Position requires experience with the following:
• financial modeling; valuation; capital markets analysis
• conducting macroeconomic, sector, and company-specific research
• building diversified equity and fixed income portfolios; Tableau; Python; Capital IQ
• financial software including Bloomberg
• Knowledge may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, or teaching experience.
