Your role

Are you a driven sales leader with deep market expertise? We are seeking a Franchise Sales Director to join our Global Markets team in Toronto.

In this role, you will:
• Deliver UBS’s equity franchise and build strategic client relationships
• Share high value trade ideas, actionable market color and investment ideas with institutional investors
• Partner with trading desks for efficient execution
• Collaborate across divisions to provide integrated solutions
• Advise clients on global equity markets and trends
• Drive revenue through client engagement and uphold compliance standards
• Manage senior relationships with the largest Canadian institutions
• Act as primary point of contact across equity products and services

Your team

You’ll be part of the Global Markets team, connecting institutional investors to the UBS platform. You’ll work closely with traders, research analysts, and structurers to deliver best-in-class solutions and strengthen client relationships.

• Drive revenue across cash equities and related products
• Identify client opportunities and monetize research, capital markets, and trading capabilities
• Proven experience in institutional sales within financial markets
• Strong market and product knowledge
• Proactive, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• Canada - Ontario min CAD 300000 - max CAD 350000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
