Your team

You’ll be working in the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) in Hong Kong. The role is to provide corporate, institutional and wealth management clients with advice, solutions, execution and full access to a diverse range of products and services. The role involves exposure to a broad range of sectors and capital market products (including but not limited to Hong Kong and US IPO, spin-off, WVR, convertible bond, share placement) as well as a solid platform for career development.

Your expertise

• an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Law, or a related field
• ideally you have 8 years of solid experience in investment banking or corporate finance
• Must hold a valid SFC Responsible Officer (RO) license for Type 6 regulated activities and possess sponsor principal qualification
• Track record of supervising/ managing IPO, i.e. lead the full execution life cycle of IPO including due diligence, risk assessment, project management, drafting prospectus and HKEx/ SFC communication
• Sound knowledge in the Listing Rules, Takeover Code and other relevant rules and regulations
• a great communicator, whether presenting to clients or executives and a great team player
• able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
• fluent in English and Chinese languages
