Your role

We’re looking for Intern in HR Service Delivery Regional Services to:
• Gain practical exposure to HR lifecycle processes by supporting employee data change activities, building understanding of end to end HR operations
• Learn how to maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in a controlled environment
• Provide administrative support for employee documentation and HR processes, developing familiarity with HR policies and documentation standards
• Contribute to the preparation and coordination of HR communications, gaining experience in clear and effective communication with employees and managers
• Collaborate with key HR stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Payroll) to understand cross-functional processes and how teams work together
• Participate in ongoing HR projects and process improvement initiatives, developing problem-solving and analytical skills through real tasks
• Build awareness of data quality, compliance, and data protection standards, supporting adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Engage in hands-on tasks and learning activities, including shadowing and guided assignments, to bridge academic knowledge with practical HR experience

Your team

You'll be part of HR Regional Services Team within HR Service Delivery organization based in Wroclaw. We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented intern to join our team for a 4 month assignment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience in HR operations and support key employee lifecycle processes in a dynamic, international environment.

Your expertise

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Fluency in English; Polish is an asset
