Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to spread your enthusiasm about the markets to others? We are looking for someone who can
•grow our successful India equity business in the US and, further strengthen the cross border coverage for our global clients and enhance coverage of our local clients in India
•provide unparalleled global (leveraging our platform) and local (on the ground) insights to help clients with their investment decision process
•originate, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding their specific needs, which may include goals and objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
•help organize bespoke events and also ensure active client participation in the same
•stay on top of market developments, regulatory changes and new product offerings
•integrate understanding of markets, events and research views into actionable recommendations for clients to help generate alpha
•collaborate with clients, research analysts, traders and other salespeople

Your team

You’ll be working in the Equity Sales team in India/ We are client-focused and we offer advisory solutions across single stock, index and futures, by leveraging on the strength of our fundamental research and best in class execution services

Your expertise

•5+ years of experience in Indian Equity Markets, dealing with a complete array of equities products
•complete understanding of the Indian equity markets
•deep understanding and experience servicing US based equity clients from an investment perspective, and within a compliance and regulatory framework
•a track record of being able to implement and deliver in a team environment as well as independently when required
•an understanding of clients' needs, and able to create and execute business plans to enhance our value proposition
•able to original new business relationships across a diverse client base
•results driven, sales motivated, personable and able to develop and maintain relationships
•an excellent communicator, composed, with strong selling and presentation skills
•additional language skills in Indian languages will be beneficial as the role will be expected to cover this market
•always professional (but have the human touch)
