Your role
Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to identify talent and bring them on board? Are you passionate about building client relationships?
We're looking for an analyst to:
• support and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• build long-term relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs, making sure they get a seamless recruiting experience
• participate on talent attraction initiatives, such as career fairs
• support with local recruiting programs, such as summer internships, apprentice and trainee programs.
• support onboarding process, including assistance in employee documentation and coordination of first day onboarding with the hiring manager
• act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and supporting employee relations topics
• vendor management and invoices payment
• seek for AI inclusion on HR processes

Your team
You will be part of the HR Service Delivery team based in our São Paulo office, working in a hybrid model (3x2).
You will collaborate with recruiters and HR colleagues across our global recruiting network. We are a client focused, solution oriented team, partnering closely with hiring managers to make recruiting efficient, effective, and business driven—delivering the right talent, at the right time, for the right roles.
Your expertise
• the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment, and to work across multiple HR functions and regions
• hands on experience with end to end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination - ideally within banking, financial services, or a corporate environment
• familiarity with Early Careers programs such as internships, trainee and apprenticeship hiring
• a genuine passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
• excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
• awareness of local hiring processes and labor requirements in Brazil
• a strong digital mindset, with interest in innovation and process improvement
• ideally fluently Portuguese and English skills
