Your role
Are you a leader and motivator with strategic, problem solving and solution-oriented thinking? Do you have a proven track record in High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client coverage?
We’re looking for a Market Team Head for our Global Wealth Management business. We are looking for someone to:
• head a desk comprising our private bankers known as Client Advisors (CAs)
• to help the CAs build, establish and grow long-term client relationships
• develop team members across all aspects including helping the team provide trusted advice to clients drawing on expertise from across our global organization
• manage the team's needs, risk management issues and ensure the delivery of the entire suite of our bank's products and solutions
• help the team identify potential HNW/UHNW clients and coordinate cross-bank coverage for the clients
• ensure compliance guidelines are strictly adhered to when interacting with clients and prospects. Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
• break down barriers and overcome operational bottlenecks to ensure a flawless client experience

Your team
You will be working in our Global Wealth Management business in Singapore. The team is responsible for prospecting and building long-standing, cross divisional relationships and delivering products, services and advice to our clients from across Asia and the world.
Your expertise
• people management and leadership experience of at least 8 years in a similar business
• in-depth experience and knowledge of wealth management offerings and preferably have significant experience in dealing with HNW/UHNW clients as a private banker
• firm grasp of Asia Pacific financial markets and regulatory frameworks
• able to work collaboratively to ensure team approach to provide best possible solution
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• proven track record in working with sophisticated clients and complex investments
• expert in relevant compliance regulations, policies and guidelines
• excellent communicator in English and any other Asian languages to support the regional client base
