Are you an expert in business support? Do you want to apply your organizational skills to ensure our business runs smoothly?
We’re looking for a Management Support Officer to:
• provides end-to-end premises, security, corporate services and property management support for the Kaohsiung Branch.
• coordinate office renovations, relocations, layout updates and daily facilities requests.
• manage security, health and safety activities including CCTV, alarm tests and fire drills.
• act as 24x7 emergency contact, coordinating incident response and vendors.
• report operational status and key matters to the Taipei RE&S office and coordinate closely with central team.

Your team
You'll be based locally in Kaohsiung, supporting day-to-day Kaohsiung operations and partnering closely with local RE&S team members while coordinating and reporting to the Taiwan RE&S team in Taipei.
Your expertise
• ideally 5+ years of experience working in a similar facilities, corporate services, or site based operations role
• proficient in MS Office and related business applications
• comfortable working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
• adaptable, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• fluent in English (Mandarin required; Taiwanese a plus)
