Your team
The Debt Capital Markets team advises corporate, financial institution, and public sector clients on accessing global debt markets to meet their strategic financing needs. Acting as a bridge between issuers and investors, the team structures, prices, and executes a wide range of debt instruments, including investment-grade and high-yield bonds, bank capital, securitized products, and liability management transactions.
DCM professionals work closely with coverage bankers, syndicate, sales, and trading to deliver tailored financing solutions across market cycles. The team provides real-time market insight, strategic advice on timing and structure, and disciplined execution to help clients optimize funding costs, manage risk, and achieve their long-term capital structure objectives.
Operating in a fast-paced, markets-driven environment, the DCM team plays a critical role at the intersection of banking and capital markets, requiring strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
Your expertise
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• ideally you have 4+ years’ experience working within in Debt Capital Markets or similar
• Familiarity with financial and valuation analysis and utilizing financial services industry database and tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Dealogic, Bloomberg, etc.

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 275000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
