Your role
Are you a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for investment banking? UBS is seeking an Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory Management Associate to support the effective execution and management of our Coverage & Advisory business.
In this role, you will work closely with senior bankers and product partners to help drive business performance, optimize processes, and support transaction execution across client coverage teams. You will play a key role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and team coordination.
Your responsibilities:
-Support senior bankers and coverage teams in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt advisory transactions
-Coordinate across internal stakeholders (product teams, capital markets, legal, compliance) to ensure seamless deal execution
-Assist in preparing client materials, including pitch books, presentations, and internal memos
-Help manage pipeline tracking, revenue reporting, and strategic business planning for the Coverage & Advisory platform
-Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the team
-Support management reporting, including performance tracking, resource allocation, and budgeting
-Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including sector coverage planning and client prioritization
-Mentor analysts and assist in managing workflow across deal teams

Your team
You’ll be part of UBS’s Investment Bank within the Coverage & Advisory organization, working alongside experienced bankers across industry groups. The role sits at the center of a fast-paced, client-focused environment, partnering closely with product specialists across M&A, ECM, and DCM.
Your expertise
3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related role
Strong understanding of M&A, capital markets, and broader investment banking processes
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York min USD 115000 - max USD 137500 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
