Your role
Are you motivated by emerging technology, digital transformation, and the growing impact of Digital Assets on financial services? Do you enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and external ecosystems?
We are looking for a Project Manager to:
• Support the definition and refinement of the Digital Assets partnership strategy and roadmap, contributing market insights and analysis to inform build / buy / partner decisions.
• Identify, assess, and drive strategic partnerships end-to-end, including partner sourcing, evaluation, structuring support, and execution, with accountability for delivery of defined use cases and value realization.
• Manage and develop relationships with Digital Assets ecosystem partners (e.g., fintechs, exchanges, custodians, infrastructure providers), supporting the build-out of a strong external network.
• Drive cross-functional execution of partnership initiatives, aligning business, technology, risk, and legal stakeholders, and supporting delivery of group-wide Digital Assets priorities.

You will be working in the Group Digital Assets team within GCOO. We take the leading role in shaping the group strategy and cross-divisional transformation with mandates across partnerships, delivery management, tech, risk, and initiatives.

Your expertise
• Solid experience (typically 4-7 years) in partnerships, business development, corporate strategy, or fintech/DLT roles, with demonstrated involvement in structuring and executing partnerships or strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Digital Assets and underlying market structure (DLT/blockchain, tokenization, custody, trading, digital money), combined with practical exposure to the ecosystem and key participants.
• Proven ability to analyze and evaluate partnership opportunities, including strategic fit, commercial value, and operational implications.
• Experience delivering initiatives in cross-functional, matrixed environments, with the ability to coordinate across business, technology, and control functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders, operate in structured governance environments, and work independently and proactively across locations and time zones
