Your role
Are you an experienced equity capital markets professional with a strong understanding of consumer and retail sectors? We’re looking for somebody to join our Equity Capital Markets team, supporting origination and execution across Consumer clients.
In this role, you will:
-support the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, and convertibles
-work closely with Consumer & Retail coverage teams to deliver tailored capital markets solutions
-manage day-to-day execution processes, including due diligence, documentation, and investor marketing coordination
-collaborate with ECM syndicate, sales, trading, and research teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
-assist in preparing pitching materials and strategic advisory content for clients
-analyze market dynamics, investor demand, and sector trends to inform deal positioning
-contribute to mentoring Analysts and Associates and support broader team development

You’ll be part of the Global Equity Capital Markets team within the Investment Bank, working alongside Consumer & Retail coverage bankers across the Americas. The team partners closely with clients to deliver innovative financing solutions in dynamic market conditions.
Your expertise
relevant experience in Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or related advisory roles
exposure to Consumer / Retail sectors preferred (e.g., e-commerce, branded consumer, food & beverage, etc.)
strong transaction execution experience and familiarity with equity product structures
solid financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillset
ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New York - New York USD 175000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
