Do you want to drive the development of international investment capabilities for Brazilian clients? Do you enjoy working across multiple areas of a financial institution to deliver impactful solutions?

We’re looking for a professional to:
• coordinate and liaise with multiple stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives related to international (offshore) investments
• define and enhance processes, governance, business metrics, and client facing journeys for international banking and investment products
• design business cases and support the development of new products or services for Brazilian clients with offshore accounts
• support and engage in hands on activities across trading, lending, onboarding, client lifecycle management, e banking and payments, depending on business needs
• ensure alignment with regulatory, policy and risk standards while promoting an effective risk culture
• collaborate with partners across regions and functions to strengthen the international value proposition for our clients

Your team

You’ll be working in the A&S Advisory Office Brazil team in São Paulo, partnering closely with global wealth management, product, operations, technology, and control functions. The team focuses on expanding and improving the international offering for Brazilian clients by optimizing processes, enhancing governance, and ensuring seamless client experience across the offshore lifecycle.
It’s a highly collaborative environment where cross border partnership is essential — you’ll often work with colleagues in trading, lending, operations, compliance, and product teams around the world.

Your expertise

• experience working with financial institutions, ideally in international (offshore) investments or global wealth management
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive complex, multi functional projects
• strong project management capabilities, with experience defining processes, governance frameworks, business metrics, and client journeys
• generalist understanding of core banking and wealth management operations (trading, lending, onboarding, client lifecycle management, e banking, payments)
• ability to work hands on in different functional areas depending on business demands
• strong analytical skills to support business case development for new products or services
• bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, or a related field
• CFA charterholder preferred (not mandatory)
• desirable fluent Portuguese and English
