About the Role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to solve problems and increase efficiencies? We’re looking for someone who can:

• support the day-to-day responsibilities within Billing Operations
• establish yourself as a trusted partner for existing clients
• answer clients’ questions rapidly and thoroughly regarding their billing/compensation
• facilitate smooth onboarding and training for new users
• act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
• identify ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction

Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management USA - Billing Operations team in Nashville and Tri-state. We provide operational support for billing across all Advisory Programs and various products including Retirement Plan Consulting Service, Institutional Consulting, Financial Planning and Mutual Funds. Billing function can include invoice generation, payment processing, outstanding income reporting, reconciliation and responding to compensation questions from branch employees, clients, and product owners.

Your expertise

• minimum of 2-4 years of business experience
• strong communication and organizational skills, work well collaboratively as well as independently
• ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Billing experience preferably in Fee Billing
• Positive working attitude
• Candidate should have a solid foundation on reconciliation process and be able to dig deeper for research purposes.
• Strong attention to detail, able to address/handle complex issues
• Candidate should be willing to learn and can easily pick up new learnings with the position.

• previous client services experience, within the financial services industry a plus
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• the proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
