Your role

Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you have an analytical mind and strong attention to detail?

We're looking for someone like this to:

• partner with our Business Stakeholders and key experts across the organization to identify, evaluate and monitor operational risks that could affect Important Business Services and critical business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make decisions.
• provide crisis management support to the UK and EMEA Crisis Management Committees
• develop and maintain an effective Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR) program including Third party risk management

Your team

You'll be working in the global Business Continuity & Resilience (BCR) Team within the Group Operational resilience Function with responsibility for supporting Investment Bank, Asset Management, Non-Core & Legacy and Group Treasury to ensure that appropriate Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans are in place to safeguard the firm against crisis events.
Together with our business partners we create strategies to minimize operational risks and develop solutions for the recovery of UBS’ most critical services in line with global regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

-• worked in a position with an understanding of what it takes to ensure the business can identify, understand and mitigate risk, such as Operational Risk Management, Business Risk Management, Compliance, or Audit
• strong analytical and presentation skills
• experience of senior management engagement and relationship management
• ability to analyze issues and translate these into clear and concise reports
• excellent problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills
• confident in dealing with colleagues at all levels across multiple regions
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
