Your role

We’re looking for an intern Scrum Master to:

• support the Product Owner and pod in planning, prioritizing and tracking work, ensuring transparency of scope, progress and risks across sprints
• help the pod identify and remove delivery impediments by coordinating with stakeholders and escalating issues where needed
• contribute to continuous improvement by capturing actions from retrospectives and following up on their implementation
• document and share key outcomes, decisions and lessons learned from ceremonies to help the pod and stakeholders stay aligned

Your team

You’ll be working in the Lombard Lending Models Stream within Quantitative Risk Modelling Team in Poland (Kraków or Wrocław). We develop and maintain the credit exposure measurement capabilities of the GWM and IB divisions. The quantitative methods we use are based on econometrics and mathematical finance techniques and involve Monte Carlo-based simulations

Your expertise

• you are at an early stage of your career, for example a recent graduate or current student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) looking for practical experience
• eager to learn and develop as a Scrum Master, with a strong interest in agile ways of working and teamwork
• familiar with the basic concepts of Scrum ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, sprint planning, review, retrospective); any prior exposure through university projects, internships or other activities is a plus
• comfortable working with digital collaboration tools; previous exposure to tools such as GitLab, Jira or Confluence is an advantage, but not a requirement
• a clear and confident communicator in English, both spoken and written, able to interact with team members and business stakeholders in a professional way
