Are you an analytical person interested in working with KYC diligence?
We are looking for an intern to join Due Diligence and KYC Support team, supporting the onboarding and periodic review process.
• assist in the initial analysis of information such as customer activities and source of funds.
• support the collection, organization, and validation of KYC supporting documentation and information.
• assist in reviewing KYC information, ensuring data consistency and completeness.
• identify inconsistencies or outstanding issues and escalate them to the appropriate responsible teams for resolution.

• You will be working within the UBS Wealth Management business division, alongside a highly motivated team in a dynamic and diverse environment. Due Diligence and KYC Support specialists provide dedicated review and support across several processes, performing analytical reviews, offering support, delivering solutions, and interacting with all teams within the Wealth Management division. Your expertise
• strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
• clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• ability to organize and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
• students of Law and Business Administration with expected graduation in Dec/2027 or later
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo
• ideally advanced English (written and spoken)
• knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
