We’re looking for a Product Manager to:
• co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full core banking product development lifecycle (including creation, version and infrastructure upgrades, and eventual decommissioning)
• drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod
• act as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
• ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)
• support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
• own the local business change prioritisation and governance activities, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
• act as the Jersey SME, providing local oversight, stakeholder coordination, and line management for the Jersey-based team.

The team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the Core Banking team based in Jersey. Operating across EMEA, the team combines strategic leadership with hands-on regional responsibility to deliver technology and business change initiatives. They act as a key bridge between business, technology, and operational stakeholders / leaders. The team also drives the implementation of the local business change book of work, through the prioritisation of agreed deliverables with IT colleagues and through providing local platform and operational expertise.
Your skills and experience
• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management.
• proven people leadership and strategic delivery capability within complex financial services or regulated environments.
• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and engage effectively across business, technology, and senior leadership teams
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
