As an HR Operations Intern in our Global Services Immigration team, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting work permit, visa and right-to-work cases
• Monitor case progress and key immigration deadlines
• Processing and archiving HR documents
• Resolving basic employees inquiries
• Handling sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism

We are a dedicated HR Service Delivery team supporting employees and line managers globally. Our mission is to deliver exceptional immigration and HR support through chat and ticketing channels, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Our team manages a broad portfolio of hire-to-retire HR services, combining operational excellence with continuous improvement initiatives, transformation projects, and process simplification efforts. We are committed to driving business success while creating growth and development opportunities for our colleagues.
Your skills and experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of German is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Employee Services, or a Shared Services environment is an asset
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse and evolving daily responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction
