We're looking for a Structured Products Specialist to:
• Support the pricing, execution and lifecycle management of Equity and Fixed Income linked structured products.
• Manage day-to-day operational workflows, including price quotations, order execution, trade booking and post-trade documentation checks.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, risk awareness and operational control.
• Support product maintenance, monitoring, reporting and pricing activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage technology, automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and improve team workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Structuring, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Observe market developments and contribute ideas to improve products, processes and client servicing.

The team

Join the UGM (Unified Global Markets) Structured Products Origination & Execution team supporting the Wealth Management business. The team is responsible for the pricing, execution and lifecycle management of structured products across multiple asset classes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in financial markets while helping shape the future operating model of the team. You will be encouraged to challenge existing processes, embrace new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and efficiency.

Your skills and experience

You should have:
• Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn financial markets and structured products.
• Growth mindset with a desire to challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Interest in technology, automation, AI tools and process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
• While maintaining operational excellence in daily activities, the successful candidate will actively identify opportunities to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks and leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve team productivity and scalability.
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
