Key responsibilities
We are looking for an Intern to join the Global Wealth Management LatAm Chief of Staff team at UBS, supporting senior leadership and contributing to business management, strategic initiatives, and the tracking of key business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the preparation and maintenance of executive presentations and materials;
• Update business overview materials and management reporting deliverables;
• Assist with executive agenda management, including the planning of recurring meetings and tracking of key priorities;
• Maintain and update approval and decision logs;
• Monitor ongoing initiatives and follow up with stakeholders across different business areas;
• Participate in meetings conducted in English, supporting note-taking and the consolidation of key discussion points;
• Support the planning, logistics, and coordination of large internal events, such as town halls and leadership forums;
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the team across a variety of business activities.

The team
You’ll be joining the Global Wealth Management LatAm Chief of Staff team based in São Paulo. The team supports the division’s leadership across a broad range of business management, strategic planning and governance activities, working closely with stakeholders across markets and functions. We help drive key initiatives, monitor business performance and facilitate decision-making through executive reporting, management forums and leadership engagement. As an Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team’s day-to-day activities while gaining exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects and the broader wealth management business across Latin America.
Your skills and experience
• currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, or a related field;
• expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028;
• ideally fluent English;
• strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written;
• comfortable working with numbers, controls, and performance tracking;
• advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
