Key responsibilities

Are you a target driven individual? Are you skilled at translating complex market information? We're looking for someone like that to:
• provide equities and structured product solutions based on our Chief Investment Officer (CIO) House View and/or market opportunities to our clients
• provides internal marketing and sales of equities recommendations or structured product solutions
• stay current with market trends, news, and economic developments that could impact equities.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling equity ideas to clients, ensuring the information is actionable and insightful.
• Monitor and update clients on developments affecting key investment theses and market conditions.
• Prepare high-quality equity ideas, presentations, and updates tailored to the needs of diverse clients.
• ensure pro-activity and proximity to the targeted markets in order to provide best-in-class solutions and service
• manage the equities and structured product offering for the targeted markets taking into consideration client needs, CIO House View and product suitability
• identify sales opportunities, coordinate efforts and monitor progress
• handle daily business offering processes, improve efficiency, collaborate across banks to enhance customer service and experiences

The team

As a member of the Unified Global Markets Structured Products Distribution team in Hong Kong, you work in a challenging environment within a highly motivated team. We advise client advisors in Hong Kong as well as APAC markets and segments on capital market solutions. This includes providing advising services on complex trades to both High Net Worth (HNW) and Global Family Institutional Wealth (GFIW) clients.

Your skills and experience

• University degree, CFA would be a plus
• work experience in financial industry or in Structured Products would be a plus
• an interest to work with private banking clients, client facing activities and the product offering
• a strong team player with excellent presentation skills
• good verbal and written communication skills especially in business mandarin as the role might be required to service clients in North Asia
• client-focused, solution-oriented, pro-active, innovative and driven
• independent and with a client-oriented attitude
• able to deliver quality and precise work
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
