Are you a strong analytical and inventive thinker? Do you enjoy developing pitch ideas for stakeholders, clients, and investors?

We’re looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to:

• develop pitch book presentations to explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals
• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward
• identify and meet client needs, coordinating, and working alongside colleagues and investors
• create and analyze financial models for potential transactions and client pitches
• spot problems, generate options, and recommend solutions (you’re a contingency planner by nature)
• lead execution and project management of the potential transactions - coordinate teams of bankers, legal counsels, tax advisors, run due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation

The team

You’ll be working in the Global Banking business Korea country coverage team in Seoul. We work on a wide range of public and private transactions. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of market and strategic matters, including; understanding their obligations as a listed company, enhancing value for and growing the shareholder base, raising capital amongst others.

Your skills and experience

• ideally you have 1-3 years of experience working within in investment banking or a similar/relevant role, promising fresh graduates will also be considered
• undergraduate degree from reputable institutions and demonstrated strong academic qualifications
• solid financial analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate presentation material quickly
• adaptable, able to seamlessly transition between multiple topic areas
• strong communication skills and team player
• demonstrated capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules
• driven and creative with exemplary integrity
• fluent in the English and Korean languages
