Key responsibilities
We're looking for a Business Analyst to support the Entity COO team in driving new product initiative development, business requirement definition, and process and product assessment. You will: • partner with business, product, operations, risk, compliance and technology stakeholders to translate new product ideas and business needs into clear business requirements • assess end-to-end WM and IB product/process impacts, including operating model, control, regulatory and client-service considerations • support feasibility analysis, process mapping, gap assessment, solution design and implementation planning for new initiatives and change requests • coordinate project governance, track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, and help ensure timely delivery with clear documentation and stakeholder alignment • prepare high-quality materials, updates and recommendations for management review and decision-making. • You will be assigned with entity business management tasks in order to cross back up COO team members.

The team
You'll be working in the Entity COO team in UBSCL. The team partners closely with Wealth Management, Investment Bank, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Legal to support the entity’s strategic priorities, governance agenda and change initiatives. We help the entity evaluate new business and product opportunities, strengthen processes and controls, and deliver practical solutions that meet client, business and regulatory expectations.
Your skills and experience
You have experience as a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, Project Manager or Operations/COO professional in financial services, ideally with exposure to both Wealth Management and Investment Bank products, processes and controls. You are comfortable working across functions, converting complex business topics into structured requirements, and supporting initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• strong knowledge of WM and IB products, front-to-back processes, operational controls and regulatory considerations
• proven business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and documentation
• solid project management experience, with the ability to manage milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to structure ambiguous topics
• excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working across seniority levels and functions
• ability to balance commercial objectives, operational efficiency, risk and control requirements
• self-motivated, organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin language skills would be an advantage for local stakeholder engagement
