Your skills and experience

You have:
• ideally 1–3 years of experience executing coordinated programs or campaigns, ideally with exposure to digital channels and workflows, or advisor-facing initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• An analytical mindset, with comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into action
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience working with campaign data and reporting and working knowledge of HTML
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
• A university degree; communications specialization a plus

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a commitment to high-quality execution
• Intellectually curious, with a clear interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to marketing
• Adaptable and resilient, comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving priorities
• A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and shared outcomes
• Thoughtful and exercise outstanding judgement; knowing when is appropriate to seek guidance
