Role Overview

As an Execution Trader in Taiwan, you will play an important role in supporting our Wealth Management business through the Execution Hub. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of a broad range of financial products, including equities, fixed income products, and mutual funds. Working closely with internal partners, clients, and regional teams, you will help deliver high-quality execution services, maintain strong controls, and contribute to business growth through process improvement and automation initiatives.
In addition, you will support Structured Products-related activities by partnering with the Unified Global Markets (UGM) team and assisting with execution-related processes, order handling, and stakeholder coordination where required.


• Execute and manage client orders across equities, fixed income products, and mutual funds with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to risk.
• Provide execution support and facilitate trade-related communication, including handling client and stakeholder inquiries throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support UGM and business stakeholders in Structured Products order handling and execution-related processes, ensuring accurate processing and effective coordination.
• Deliver best execution practices and end-to-end transaction support to help ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with regional Execution Hub teams, internal trading desks, and business partners to support execution activities and business initiatives.
• Monitor and manage operational and execution risks, proactively identifying issues and implementing appropriate mitigating actions.
• Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, automation, controls, regulatory compliance, and new business capabilities.

You will be part of the Taiwan Execution Hub, a team that supports Wealth Management clients by delivering efficient, reliable, and well-controlled execution services across multiple asset classes. We work closely with trading desks, investment specialists, operations, technology teams, and client advisors to help clients access investment opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on service quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Your role will contribute directly to delivering a trusted execution experience for our clients and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Your skills and experience

Required Skills & Experience
• About 2 years of experience in trading, execution, sales trading, or other related financial market functions.
• Good understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle processes across financial products.
• Experience handling client orders with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Required regulatory licenses, including Securities Broker and Trust Business Personnel qualifications (or equivalent).
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with Wealth Management clients and investment products.
• Experience participating in business, operational, or technology-driven change initiatives.
• Knowledge of process automation, data analysis, or workflow improvement tools.
• Project management experience within a financial markets or trading environment.
