We are looking for a Business Management Intern to join our Global Wealth Management (GWM) Brazil Platform, where you'll have the opportunity to work with business leaders, leverage cutting-edge technology, and make a real impact from day one.
As a Business Management Intern, you'll play a key role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
• enhancing data collection, governance, and integrating data from multiple business sources to support reporting processes
• designing and developing dashboards and visualization tools to track business performance and KPIs in real time.
• analyzing large and complex datasets to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and actionable insights.
• supporting strategic decision-making with data-backed recommendations.
• driving performance management and tracking routines across the organization.
• leading strategic projects and business initiatives with visibility to senior stakeholders.
• leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, and programming tools to improve efficiency and generate value.
• collaborating closely with business leaders, product specialists, and bankers to solve real-world challenges.

The team
You'll be part of the Business Management Team, a high-impact group responsible for delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, project management, and operational support to the leadership of the GWM Brazil Platform.
Our team sits at the intersection of strategy, data, technology, and business execution. We help leadership understand what is happening in the business, why it is happening, and what actions should be taken next.
As an intern, you'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, contribute to strategic discussions, and help shape initiatives that influence the future of the business.
Your skills and experience
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
• undergraduate student in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields, graduating in December 2027 or later.
• availability to work 30 hours per week in São Paulo.
• ideally fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken) and with strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• experience or academic exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Programming, Automation, or related technologies
• strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills, structured and logical problem-solving approach
• ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives, as well as curios to explore new technologies and innovative ways of working
• high attention to detail combined with the ability to understand the bigger picture and proactive mindset/willingness to challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement
