Key responsibilities

In this role, you will support clients through the account switching process by helping them seamlessly transfer recurring direct deposits, subscription payments, and automatic bill payments from their existing financial institution to UBS Bank USA. You will provide guidance, answer product and process-related questions, and ensure a smooth transition to the client's new banking relationship.

We’re looking for a CSR to:
• Assist clients with all UBS Bank USA switching related activities, such as creating a switching plan, setting appointments with clients, reviewing and recommending payment optimizations, and follow through to completion for all payment/deposit switching.
• Provide high-end support to inquiries from clients, Advisors, S/WMBs, and branch staff
• Provide 360 resolution for all inquiries, including escalations and complaints
• Understand and adhere to key Risk, Fraud, and Compliance processes
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with Financial Advisor teams, key branch personnel, S/WMBs and other partners
• Educate and assist client with account features (such as money movement and account types), preferences, and digital capabilities
• Broaden and strengthen existing and new client relationships with superior service

The team

You’ll be working in the Nashville or Weehawken office and will report into a Client Service Representative Manager.

Your skills and experience

• A university degree or
• ideally 2-4 years of client service experience at a financial institution
• Passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform work in a timely manner
• Advanced conflict resolution skills
• Expert knowledge in banking products and services and the ability to effectively share knowledge
• Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of everyday banking activities (i.e. Wire Transfers, recurring ACH payments, Bank Bill Pay, and Direct Deposit switching)

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 105000 - max USD 130000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
