Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Registered Client Associate to:

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You’ll be working in the Boston, MA and/or Wellesley branch office location supporting the Guo Group. We provide wealth management solutions to domestic and international ultra and high net worth clients. As a Registered Client Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting your Financial Advisor(s).

Your skills and experience

• Series 7 and 66 licenses
• Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance
• Excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to perform under pressure

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - Massachusetts - Wellesley min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
