Key responsibilities

Are you very well organized? Do you like taking ownership for your own task portfolio? Do you enjoy analyzing complex situations to come up with a solution? We're looking for someone to:

- be responsible for the facilitation of UBS fiduciary instruments, referral of life insurance and other related Wealth Planning solutions
- actively supporting Client Advisors (CAs) in client meetings, presentations and after-sales activities relating to wealth planning advisory, including but not limited to asset ownership and asset transfer
- follow legal, political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations
- participate in marketing events, road shows in-lined with both Wealth Planning & UHNW and Global Wealth Management (GWM) Sector specific initiatives and strategies
- act as facilitator for CAs in relation to Product Development and business growth

The team

You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Planning team, based in Singapore and reporting to Co-Head (APAC)/ Head of Wealth Planning SEA. The team actively supports Client Advisors (CAs) in client meetings, providing Wealth Planning related advisory, structuring, presentations and after-sales activities relating to asset ownership, asset transfer and provide wealth planning technical and application training to Client Advisors. As a Wealth Planner, you would follow political, tax and economic developments in specific countries and apply this knowledge to client situations whilst ensuring that our wealth planning business continues meeting the bank's general and wealth planning specific standards and policies as well as to provide the best-in-class service and advisory platform.

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor degree in finance, accountancy or law with a relevant professional qualification, preferably STEP, CPA or Law
- at least 10-15 years experience in Wealth Planning and/or other related services such as Legal and Tax
- familiar with legal and tax system of one or more jurisdictions and experience in providing legal, tax and structuring solutions for private individuals
- marketing and sales capabilities, excellent communication skills with ability to express things simply and directly while maintaining a focused and controlled discussion
- possess professional expertise related to wealth planning, tax and estate planning, accountancy, insurance, banking and investment
- consistently demonstrate commitment to professional, ethical and legal standards
- travel as required with Client Advisors
- fluency in English and Mandarin to support any North Asian clients
- you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
