The team

The System Portfolio Management (SPM) team serves as the strategic bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring that technology investments and system changes are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term operational goals. The team manages the full lifecycle of technology initiatives, from demand assessment and requirements definition through implementation and value realization.

SPM is responsible for a broad portfolio of critical business systems and plays a central role in prioritizing investments, governing change initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving delivery transparency.

Your skills and experience

- 5+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Project Management, Business Analysis, Technology Governance, Product Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience working in complex environments involving both business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven track record managing technology initiatives, system enhancements, or transformation programs.
- Knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles, SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies.
- Ability to assess risks, dependencies, and strategic impacts across multiple initiatives.
