Key responsibilities

Do you enjoy combining mandate pricing expertise, govenance topics and project coordination? Would you like to shape transparent, commercially sound pricing decisions while helping deliver change across Asset Management? We’re looking for a Mandate Pricing & Governance Specialist to:
• support business stakeholders in developing and documenting pricing cases, ensuring completeness, consistency and alignment with established pricing frameworks
• coordinate pricing approvals with senior management
• coordinate pricing-related initiatives and process improvements, maintaining plans, milestones, action items, dependencies and risks
• Perform profitability review of existing mandates and run annual review
• review and prepare materials for the global mandate forum and senior management discussions
• support Mandate Governance topics and projects, such as management of Service Level agreements, launch of new mandate products & offerings
• support Capacity Management Oversight & Framework.

The team

You’ll be part of the AM Pricing & Structuring Governance team within Asset Management. We are responsible for developing and implementing the firm's pricing strategy and mandate strategy and ensuring the competitiveness and commercial viability of our investment offerings
You will work closely with colleagues across Asset Management, gaining broad exposure to investment products, client mandates, governance and business change.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Quantitative Finance or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
• good understanding of financial markets and investment products; Asset Management experience is required
• experience in mandate pricing, product pricing, RFPs, product management or a related function would be an advantage
• strong analytical skills
• experience working on projects and collaborating across multiple teams
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• business fluency in English and German
• organized, diligent and detail-oriented working style
• curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
