Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process cash and securities settlements.
• Track daily trade settlements and securities movements.
• Perform reconciliations of trades, cash balances, nostro accounts, and other operational records.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, settlement exceptions, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with custodians, counterparties, regulators, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain static data and prepare end-of-day and month-end reports.
• Support trade amendments, cancellations, and other post-trade activities.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational risk management.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operating procedures and controls.

You'll be working in the Operations team in the Philippines.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, resilient, and collaborative team player.
• Interest in financial markets, operations, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, or digital solutions is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of the Philippine financial market is preferred but not required.
