Key responsibilities
Analyze and validate accounts, portfolio, security, benchmark, and composite performance results.
Identify and resolve performance reporting issues and out-of-balances including alternative investments.
Perform daily performance audits and proactively investigate discrepancies.
Partner with Operations on pricing, reconciliations, and corporate actions, understanding their impact on performance calculations.
Monitor composite outliers and support ASEP (Account Surveillance and Escalation Process) reviews.
Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
Work independently with large data sets and maintain performance-related documentation.

The team
You will be working in the Performance Data Quality Control team which is responsible for Data Accuracy across Portfolios/Composites.
Our team is responsible for analyzing and validating daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio and composite performance results. The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of performance measurement methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex performance data to stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Minimum two years of experience in an investment performance analyst or performance reporting role.
Experience working with a broad range of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, UMA accounts, options overlays, long/short strategies, and alternative investments.
Strong understanding of investment performance measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
Resourceful self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong client service orientation and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with performance measurement systems and investment reporting platforms is preferred.
