Key responsibilities

What interests you most about corporate actions and financial markets? How would you ensure accuracy when working with time-sensitive information?
We’re looking for a Corporate Actions Intern to support the processing and communication of corporate actions events.
• Monitor corporate actions events, including repurchase offers, consent solicitations, and conversions.
• Analyze event information received from market sources, custodians, and data vendors.
• Support timely and accurate notifications to stakeholders and clients.
• Assist with election processing, documentation, and control checks.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain data quality and service excellence.
Learn the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle and operational processes.

The team

You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Wroclaw or Krakow. Our Team is responsible for research and maintenance of Corporate Actions across the world, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’ responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our accounting system and reconciling positions.

Your skills and experience

You are:
• familiar with capital markets and corporate actions through your academic studies
• detail-oriented and committed to accuracy when working with financial data
• proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• a quick learner with a strong interest in financial operations
• proficient in written and spoken English
• a strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team
motivated to gain practical experience and learn the end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle
