Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Support onboarding and background screening activities for new joiners across multiple countries.
• Maintain employee records and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle sensitive information responsibly and in line with data privacy requirements.
•Contribute ideas to improve and simplify processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

The team

You'll be working in the HR Service Delivery team in Krakow. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.

What you will gain:

• Hands-on experience in a global HR operations environment.
• Exposure to international hiring and onboarding processes.
• Opportunities to work with digital HR tools and automated workflows.
• Valuable experience collaborating with stakeholders across different cultures and locations.

Your skills and experience

• bachelor’s degree
• no previous experience in HR required
• proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
• truly service oriented with great communication skills
• well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
• able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
• known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
