Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to: design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees

• ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
• share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

• collaboration with other engineers to develop and maintain code quality standards

The team

You will be working as part of the Real Estate and Private Markets, Asset Management, IT group in Poland for a dedicated agile embedded team that supports a rapidly growing business, continuously improving its bespoke end-to-end solutions, interactively working with users to enable them in meeting the needs of their clientele. As a development team we are just as passionate about producing optimal business solutions as we are in technology.

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps
• Engineer, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.
• drive migration of existing infrastructure to Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• develop reusable Terraform modules and manage infrastructure through controlled CI/CD workflows.
• deploy, operate and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes / Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• support Docker, Helm, Kubernetes deployments, services, ingress, configuration and secrets.
• develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, runners and automated deployment processes.
• automate application, Kubernetes and infrastructure deployments across environments.
• Investigate and remediate server, infrastructure and container vulnerabilities, including patching and configuration remediation.
• troubleshoot complex issues across Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab pipelines, servers and applications.
• improve monitoring, automation, operational reliability and production support processes.
• maintain appropriate technical documentation and operational runbooks.

• Nice to have knowledge of ASP.NET and C#, REST

You are:
• comfortable working in a dynamic environment with business partners at all levels of seniority
• proactive self-starter and critical thinker, who is passionate about agile and requirements elicitation methodologies, team-orientated and an excellent communicator
• passionate about technology and equally so in producing solutions that meet the needs of users
