Key responsibilities

We're looking for a HOLT and Data Intelligence Salesperson to:
• Support adoption and commercialization of HOLT tools and UBS data across institutional investor clients in Asia Pacific
• Work closely with senior HOLT sales and Data Intelligence distribution colleagues to develop relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds and quantitative funds
• Identify opportunities to originate and expand commercial opportunities through increased platform usage, data consumption, and skills to drive product monetization, commercial strategy, and the lifecycle of bringing technical capabilities to market
• Generate differentiated investment insights by interpreting HOLT outputs and other technical and analytical data to support product marketing and client engagement
• Collaborate with colleagues across Global Markets, Research and Data Intelligence to deliver value-added solutions and coordinate client engagement activities
• Support product enhancement initiatives and identifying new use cases for HOLT analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions, while supporting cross-selling of the broader Data Intelligence product suite

The team

You’ll be working within the HOLT Sales and Data Intelligence team in Hong Kong, supporting the growth and adoption of UBS’ proprietary HOLT Lens platform and selling and curating other UBS datasets across institutional clients in APAC. The team partners closely with Global Markets, Research, Asset Management and Wealth Management to deliver differentiated analytical solutions and investment insights. The team is a highly collaborative, intellectually curious and entrepreneurial group focused on delivering client impact through innovative data and analytics solutions. You will also develop your knowledge to deliver the broader systematic advisory sale building strong familiarity with our Alpha Capture, Quant Research and applicable fundamental research products.

Your skills and experience

• At least 2 years of experience in institutional sales, investment management, or consulting. Experience in financial market data sales is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with professional clients and senior investors and ability to explain complex concepts clearly and intuitively
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and valuation concepts
• Collaborative and personable, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Basic familiarity with AI productivity tools and openness to learning emerging agentic and workflow automation frameworks
• Familiarity with equity valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis and experience with financial data is preferred
• Exposure to selling financial analytics platforms or investment technology solutions is advantageous
• Progress toward the CFA Program or other relevant professional qualifications is a plus
• Proficiency in an Asia language (Mandarin or Japanese) is a plus
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
