About the role

In your role as RI Reporting Analyst you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.

This role will provide a great opportunity to be part of the RI Team.

Responsible investment is a strategic priority for the Scheme within the 3YP and it is part of the balanced scorecard.

A key requirement for the Scheme is to deliver on all RI – related mandatory and statutory reporting (including TCFD and stewardship reports) as well as voluntary reporting linked to the four key priorities of climate, nature, people and governance, or required by our membership of industry groups, such as PRI.

The volume and complexity of statutory and mandatory RI reporting has increased significantly in recent years and is expected to continue to increase to include both transition plans and nature – based reporting; this role is designed to meet the enhanced reporting burden and to contribute to the Scheme’s ambition to show visible leadership in RI.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Responsible Investment you will:

  • Develop and manage the annual responsible investment (RI) reporting plan and schedules
  • Create and oversee RI report content, including data, metrics, and strategic narrative
  • Deliver reporting papers to ExCO, IC, and Boards in collaboration with senior RI leaders
  • Ensure timely completion of all internal and external RI reporting requirements
  • Translate complex RI content into clear, accessible language for various audiences
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies involved in RI reporting
  • Support voluntary and strategic RI reporting initiatives beyond regulatory obligations

About you

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Relevant degree. Investment qualifications such as IMC, CFA etc highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of statutory and mandatory RI reporting requirements and practical evidence of the ability to manage complex reporting schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill, particularly as regards report writing.
  • Ability to manage cross- scheme workflow, external agency relationships and to tight deadlines.
