This role serves as the bridge between risk methodology design and real‑world application—creating and delivering learning assets, training programs, and tools that strengthen risk capabilities across the organization.

The Risk Enablement Learning Lead is a strategy‑ and delivery‑focused role responsible for transforming enterprise risk methodologies into clear, practical learning that risk teams can apply consistently in their day‑to‑day work. This role serves as the bridge between risk methodology design and real‑world application—creating and delivering learning assets, training programs, and tools that strengthen risk capabilities across the organization.
You will shape the long‑term learning and development strategy for risk practitioners, while also supporting major enterprise risk initiatives by developing training that enables new methodologies, tools, and ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and deliver training that helps risk advisors and leaders confidently apply risk methodologies in their work.
- Create learning materials and training programs that support enterprise risk initiatives and evolving risk expectations.
- Own and evolve the risk learning and development strategy, defining priorities, audiences, and learning approaches.
- Serve as the central point of accountability for risk learning content tied to onboarding, upskilling, and enterprise risk awareness.
- Continuously update and refresh learning content to ensure it remains current, practical, and scalable.
- Partner with risk strategy teams, program leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure learning aligns with business needs, program milestones, and organizational change efforts.
- Risk Team Onboarding & Upskilling: Build and maintain foundational and advanced training for new and experienced risk professionals.
- Enterprise Risk Awareness: Develop learning and reference materials that deepen organization‑wide understanding of risk concepts.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure learning solutions support consistent, high‑quality application of risk methodologies across teams and divisions.
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience. Experience in risk management preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Professional Certification (CPA, CIA, CISI, MBA) preferred
- Experience working in or closely with enterprise risk, operational risk, compliance, audit, or similar environments.
- Ability to translate complex risk concepts into clear, practical guidance.
- Experience designing and delivering learning or training programs for professional audiences.
- Comfort independently creating learning materials and job aids.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
