Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Wealth Advisor position based in Malvern, PA; Dallas, TX; Charlotte, NC; or Scottsdale, AZ, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Senior Wealth Advisor will provide comprehensive wealth management services to high-net-worth clients, including financial planning, asset allocation, and investment portfolio management. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding clients' financial needs and goals, delivering personalized advice, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in financial planning, portfolio management, investment strategies, and asset allocation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop tailored financial solutions
  • Exceptional relationship management and client service abilities
  • Effective communication skills for presenting strategies and recommendations to clients
  • Proficiency in leveraging financial planning tools and industry software
  • CFP is a must
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA, or similar credentials are preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, or investment management
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
