What You'll Do:
Play a pivotal role in shaping our continuity program and supplier resilience, helping the Fund Ecosystem operate with discipline, transparency, and robustness. You'll collaborate with global teams, drive resiliency strategy, and ensure we protect our clients, crew, and business growth.
- Maintain and enhance resiliency practices, including business continuity planning, aligned with enterprise standards and regional/business needs.
- Oversee business continuity and cyber recovery plans, including annual testing and certification.
- Lead and optimise continuity efforts, set measurable goals, address emerging issues, and manage life cycle planning, business impact analysis, and long-term strategies in consultation with senior management.
- Monitor readiness, ensure regulatory adherence, and report risks and exercise outcomes to leadership.
- Partner with Senior Continuity Specialist to design and share guidelines, training, and contingency tools.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in continuity management and understanding of Essential and Interim Business Solutions; relevant certifications (CBCP, MBCP, ABCP, CISA, CISSP) a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels.
- Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable insights and leading through ambiguity.
- Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer) are desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in business impact analysis, risk assessment, contingency planning, crisis and emergency management, testing coordination, and conducting training programs.
