Senior Analyst - Fund Ecosystem Resiliency & Oversight

What You'll Do

• Carry out and support control health activities across manual, automated and emerging technology-enabled controls, including documentation, coordinating testing and tracking issues.
• Maintain and update inventories of critical and high-risk processes, ensuring they are accurate, complete and aligned with enterprise frameworks.
• Contribute to automation and reporting initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting processes and collaborating with technology and risk teams.
• Support documentation of business ownership for risk and control responsibilities and help educate stakeholders on expected responsibilities.
• Prepare materials, dashboards and summaries that communicate resilience health, control effectiveness and emerging risks to business partners and senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Background in financial services, with direct exposure to fund ecosystems and fund operations.
• Experience in middle office and investment operations functions.
• Demonstrable risk and controls expertise, including risk and compliance activities.
• Strong governance mindset
• Proven communication skills
• Experience overseeing vendors and custodians
• Familiarity with GRC systems and tools
• Knowledge of operational resilience and business continuity planning.
