Core Responsibilities


  • Assists sales crew in populating and auditing client and prospect databases. Provides sales crew with research or analyses of financial markets, products, and services.
  • Coordinates follow up from sales executives and other crew. Responds to medium complexity inquiries from potential and current clients.
  • Supports sales executives with a variety of tactical and analytical support as well as and client follow up requests to enable sales executives to maximize external client and prospect engagement.
  • Coordinates and participates in sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales related activities. Gathers metrics for data analysis.
  • Improves sales and client relationship management outcomes. Outlines advantages and disadvantages to sales executives or clients on proposed solutions.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Two years related work experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
