Business Transformation and Change Management Lead, Specialist

This role leads business transformation and/or major change management initiatives, applying functional expertise to drive results. This role applies structured methodologies and assessment techniques to ensure effective adoption while minimizing operational disruptions and driving continuous improvement within IT and business environments.
Core Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and monitors master change and communication plans for large departmental or multi year initiatives and programs. Contributes expertise and leads a business engagement plan, including ways of assessing readiness and feedback. Secures senior management buy-in across the department/division.
Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior change management experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure business transformation and or change initiatives are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.
Communicates business transformation and change management status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.
Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
Develops measurement processes for change management success that help business partners do self-assessments based on communicated maturity models.
Builds and maintains productive working relationships with various project team members, consultants and stakeholders at both the executive and operational level.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience. Three years of business transformation and or change management experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
